I had to write about this subject because it keeps coming back at me either I like or not. Being professional in business involves a certain degree of discipline to follow rules of conduct and legality. I’ve been involved with a group of people not to name anyone, that are the typical kind who run a business for the short term money. They run away without caring of building a long healthy business relationship. On my side, I learned that even volunteering for a community job: papers, contracts and terms should be side to clear out any wrong expectations. From now on, any single tiny little job that I do will be on professional contract signed by the people involved in it and of course by myself as well. Lesson learned.
