Here I am starting this beautiful day with the wedding of Paulina and Stefano. I knew it’s going to be special because this couple is very down to earth and extremely adorable. Plus its a mixed wedding ; Italian and Mexican. Can you imagine the party ? After taking some portraits and preparations shots, the ceremony was held at Maria Auxilitricia church in R.D.P. From there went downtown for pictures with the bridal party. Then something different and very funny happened . The bridal party put on a  traditional Mexican wrestling masks ” Lucha Libre “. We made sure we got everyone’s attention on the street. The reception was held at Buffet Marina and the party was animated by Thats’s Amore productions. My best wishes to Paulina and Stefano .

There are no words to describe the joy and the excitement we had at my sister Marianne’s wedding. My little sister getting married and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be her photographer . It was a tough job, specially that the night before we had no sleep. The wedding was between Montreal and Laval and we went downtown after the ceremony for some pictures. Many thanks goes to the Elie from FocusVideo Productions, Dj Nadim Naoum and Elie from La grace des fleurs.

Paulina & Stefano met few years ago at GoGo lounge on St-Laurent blvd. in Montreal. After talking over the phone several times , we decided to start the photo session from that location since it meant alot of them. We walked a bit on St-Laurent and went in the back alleys all way down to Prince-Arthur street. We had a great time and now I am looking forward for the wedding day next week.

J’ai rencontré Marielle et Jérôme il ya quelques semaines avant le mariage pour une séance des photo au centre ville de Montréal. Venu le jour du mariage, une belle journée ensoleillée, je me suis présent. chez le coiffeur pour quelques photo de préparation de Marielle  au salon. Ensuite on a pris une petite marche chez Jérôme pour faire des photos avec les gars. La cérémonie était à la chapelle Sacré-Coeur près de la basilique de Notre-Dame pour ensuite finir la réception a l’auberge st-Gabriel au vieux port de Montreal. Marielle et Jérôme, quel beau couple adorable. J’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir cette journée et ce fut un trés grand honneur pour moi d’etre avec eux à leur jour de mariage. Je leur souhaite le plus grand bonheur du monde et un bon voyage au Méxique.

Canon 5D Mark II just released a firmware update v1.1.0 for manually focusing their video functions. Canon 5D MII is the flagship for HD video capture coupled with full-frame DSLR.

I just loaded the Canon 5D Mark II (MII) firmware v1.1.0 and it worked wonderfully! Below is a demonstration on how I can

- Manually adjust aperture for DOF
- Manually adjust shutter to control entry of light
- Manually adjust ISO for low light and intentional noise / grain

With the firmware update installed, the 5D Mark II offers two distinct video exposure modes: fully automatic and fully manual. As before, when configured for automatic exposure, the camera sets the ISO, shutter speed and aperture for you, and provides the user +/- 2 stops of exposure compensation plus exposure lock. New in v1.1.0 is the ability to choose any shutter speed between 1/30 and 1/4000, any ISO between 100 and 12,800 (or 200 to 6400 if Highlight Tone Priority is on) plus Auto and any aperture available on the attached lens.
