Last year I photographed Ramona’s wedding and today I had the chance to be present as her photographer for her maternity photo session. I was contacted by her friend Pascale who decided to offer with the girls a gift certificate to Ramona on her baby shower. Here are some of the images from that wonderful day.
Rola and Tarek celebrated their wedding
We have met Rola last year through friends and my fiance and I become very good friends with her. Afterward we met the handsome Tarek her fiancé over few bottles of white wine and Asian food. They kept telling us about the wedding how special and different its going to be and this got us more and more excited . No stress , no worries, just a beautiful couple in love and ready to get married. Rola and Tarek are such an energetic, hype and cool couple They make each other laugh. They are happy together. I love how they treat each other kindly, and are always looking out for one another.
Flash forward until the wedding day, we started with some portraits at Rola`s house in the west island before heading to the Old-Port of Montreal. Tarek and Rola have beautiful apartment close by where we went on the roof top for some pictures with the city in the background. The whole day focused on the fun experience and the good times of having the pictures taken. We hope your enjoy your secret destination honeymoon and we wish a good trip back home. See you soon guys !!!
Dania and Giscard : Married in Ottawa
Its hard not to fall in love with Dania and Giscard. They are such a sweet and romantic couple that just got married after 12 years of dating . I just felt the love and the passion between the two and I wish them a life filled with precious moments , love and happiness. The day started at the groom’s house where I found Giscard which by the way I had his name all wrong and we cracked some jokes about it. I have never seen so much friends around the groom on this wedding day. You can count at least 60 of his buddies just showing up at his house for some chill time and few drinks. Then we headed to Dania’s house to find her surrounded by her gorgeous bridesmaids and getting ready to leave to church.
After the ceremony we headed to the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Ottawa for some fun pictures. Around sunset we left for the reception where 300+ guests were awaiting for the newly weds to make their entrance as husband wife for the first time.
Engagement session in Lebanon : Laura and Wissam
[ updated and re-posted back from January 2010 ]
I don’t know from where to start describing my feelings about me going to my home country to shoot a wedding. Since most of couples in Lebanon seems to fall in the traditional style when it comes to photography, Laura and Wissam are not any ordinary couple. They wanted something different , something fresh and mostly fun. Its the type of couple you want to spend the whole aftern0on with taking pictures, having an ice-cream and few drinks. We went to the city of Byblos and walked around the Marina and the old market. It’s said that Byblos is to be the oldest inhabited city in the world, the source of the first Phoenician letters that gave us our alphabet. Even if it was December, the weather was just amazing for an outdoor photo session . Thank you Laura and Wissam for the opportunity you gave me and for everything. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
